(Knock Box Basic)
This basic knock box has evolved from the standard restaurant pan with punched sides – a long standing industry piece. The basic knock box is made with heavy duty stainless steel featuring a welded metal bar for stronger sides combining with the long time industry standard to create a drawn pan with an improved look and build. Each basic knock box has a replaceable rubber bar cover. Knock boxes are designed for commercial use.
Optional splash guard helps keep grounds in the knock box and your counter clean. The splash guards are sold separately.
Replacement rubber bar covers are also sold separately.
The basic knock box measures 6″ x 5.5″ x 4″.
