All knock boxes are made from heavy duty stainless steel featuring a welded metal bar for strong sides. Each knock box has a replaceable rubber bar cover and an edge gasket made of molded rubber. Knock boxes are designed for commercial use.

In 1964, as a chemical engineering graduate of Cornell, Todd Simpson developed and patented a cold brew system that, using regular coffee beans, creates a superior-tasting cup of steaming HOT coffee. And, with 67% LESS ACID than coffee made by conventional hot brew methods, it’s easier on sensitive stomachs.
The Toddy coffee maker extracts the coffee bean’s true delicious flavor and eliminates much of the acidity, producing a bold, super-smooth coffee that can be served one cup at a time.
The Toddy brewer is also ideal for making tea – served hot or over ice.

This basic knock box has evolved from the standard restaurant pan with punched sides – a long standing industry piece. The basic knock box is made with heavy duty stainless steel featuring a welded metal bar for stronger sides combining with the long time industry standard to create a drawn pan with an improved look and build. Each basic knock box has a replaceable rubber bar cover. Knock boxes are designed for commercial use.
Optional splash guard helps keep grounds in the knock box and your counter clean. The splash guards are sold separately.
Replacement rubber bar covers are also sold separately.
