STRAWBERRY HAZELNUT GATEAU RECIPE Ingredients:
- 25ml Davinci Gourmet European Strawberry Syrup
- 5ml simple sugar syrup
- 5ml DaVinci Gourmet Intense Hazelnut
- 135ml Milk
- 30g Fresh Cream
- 30g Espresso; Origin: Latin America
- Garnish with cookies & chocolate powder
- Grind coffee beans and pull a double shot of espresso.
- Gently heat up 120ml of milk, DaVinci Gourmet European Strawberry syrup and simple sugar syrup together to create strawberry milk.
- Whisk 15ml of milk with a splash of DaVinci Gourmet Intense Hazelnut with a mini handheld mixer till slightly frothed to create a hazelnut cream cap.
- Layer the strawberry milk, hazelnut cream cap and gently finish with the espresso shot.
- Garnish with cookies and a generous dusting of chocolate powder.
